Introduction: Available integral well-being measurement instruments in Spanish present limitations regarding dimensional coverage and cultural adaptation to the Latin American context. Objective: To evaluate the psychometric properties of the 13-dimension Integral Well-being Stress Influence Assessment Instrument (MIELSY-13 / IEBI-M13) in a pilot sample. Methods: Instrumental study with n=33 participants. Internal consistency was evaluated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, temporal stability using the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC), content validity using the content validity index (CVI) with seven experts, convergent validity using AVE and CR, and discriminant validity using HTMT. Results: The IEBI-M13 demonstrated exceptional internal consistency (global α=0.972), adequate temporal stability (total ICC=0.890), excellent content validity (CVI=0.963), confirmed convergent validity across all 13 dimensions (AVE≥0.50; CR≥0.70), satisfactory discriminant validity in 77% of dimension pairs, and confirmed concurrent criterion validity (rc=0.775; D3 Emotional ρ=0.823, p=0.023). Conclusions: The IEBI-M13 presents adequate psychometric properties for use in research and as a diagnostic tool in the field of Preventive Integral Well-being Neurodesign.
